Dr. Vadaya is a retired professor, of Education and Counseling, The M.S. University of Baroda. Post retirement he served as professor of Education in the Navrachana University, Baroda.

Dr. Vadaya has been a practicing counselor, psychotherapist and management trainer since early 1980’s.

Dr. Vadaya has been trained and certified in a number of contemporary practices of psychotherapy namely Transactional Analysis, Person – Centered Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Practitioner and Master Trainer in Neuro – Linguistic programming and life skills Education.

Dr. Vadaya has been the president of Transactional Analysis Association of India (TASI) and an Associate Member of International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA), California.

Besides being the co-director of Insight, Dr. Vadaya is an Affiliate of Optum Health and Technology India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore and UNICEF Consultant on Teacher Education for Capacity Building of Teacher Educators across various States of India.

• Tinoo Chawla is a professional counselor that specializes in Emotional and Behaviour counseling, Anger Management, and Relationship/Marriage Counseling.

• She has over a decade of experience counseling for schools and in MARG Counseling Center (MS University Counseling Center). She is a Founder Director of INSIGHT counseling, and has worked as a faculty member and counselor at Navarachna University.

• While a post-graduate in Guidance and Counseling from M.S. University, Tinoo is also an internationally licensed and certified Heal Your Life workshop leader and Heal Your Life Coach and Teen Self Empowerment Playshop (leader?).

• Tinoo also complements her extensive counseling experience with over 15 years of experience making a difference in people’s lives through Reiki by working with different conversational and energy healing methods.
